Tenant Fees
To rent a property on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) basis:
Holding deposit: equivalent to one week's rent (converts to first month's rent)
First month's rent in advance (prior to start of tenancy)
Five week (max) security deposit, rising to six weeks (max) for an annual rent exceeding £50,000. We are a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), agent I.D. 2577680
Tenants are responsible for paying the rent, utility bills and council tax as per the tenancy agreement.
Rental payments overdue by more than 14 days will be subject to interest at the rate of 3% over the Bank of England Base Rate calculated from the date the payment was due up until the date payment is received.
Variation in tenancy agreements at tenants request: £50.00 or reasonable costs - subject to the request, situation, complexity and work required.
Payments required to cover reasonable costs (no more than the actual amount suffered by the landlord) where tenants terminate a tenancy agreement before the end of a fixed term agreement or without giving required notice.
Tenants can be charged for the loss of a key or other security device of the housing.

Tenant find only service: 1 months rent (inc VAT)
Property management: 14% of annual rent (inc VAT)
