Having been disappointed with the level of service the larger Estate Agents provided, it was really refreshing working with Adam, David and the team at E&A. Adam was superb in his flexibility to show us the flat out of hours, and was honest and transparent with the viewing. Together with David, they kept us informed along the whole offer process. The communication was excellent. It felt a very personal service and the process of checks and document collection was very smooth, and prompt.

Estate and Agent sold our home in Hampton Wick. Exceptional quality of photos and profile, ensuring the listing got the best reach on property portals, and the pictures captured the buyer personas. David also came with a ready made database, which meant from the off, there was interest. During the sale, we ending up with a tricky chain. David was one step ahead at all times, keeping the chain thoroughly updated, and removing bottle necks. Without this attention to detail, it could have fallen through. A very dedicated, detailed orientated, personal approach to selling houses. Why would you look elsewhere for an estate agent?

I would recommend David and his small team without any reservation. Having been disappointed and fed-up with estate agents previously David was a breath of fresh air. He is friendly, personable and not at all pushy. David is also reliable and went above and beyond to sell our house. It was great knowing the team and not having to deal with a variety of different people who knew nothing about the house.
